Free parking and wonderful breakfast. We loved the amenities, such as a heating system, an iPod dock and TV with DVD player. The restaurant was located within 400 metres:)))

This hotel was perfect place for exploring Victoria, really enjoyed it. King suite had all necessary amenities. We didn't want to leave, recommend.

Black ball ferry not far from the hotel was a big bonus. We would be happy to recommend it for every one. They have free Wi Fi.
